Located by the Ligang Levee, Da Shan He specializes in Taiwanese and Japanese cuisine. It also offers Chinese and Thai food. The chef and owner, Hao-Chien Chuang, has more than 25 years experience in culinary skills and devotes a lot of time to developing new dishes. He is very selective when it comes to ingredients. He uses the freshest sea food from Donggang or Penghu and the finest produce from Northern Pingtung.
