What is Donpo pork?
什麼是東坡肉?
It’s named after famed Chinese poet Su Dongpo in Song Dynasty. It’s
a cube of pork belly boiled and then braised with rock sugar, ginger
and scallions for hours.
東坡肉是以宋朝詩人蘇東坡為名,是一塊正方體的五花肉和冰糖、薑
、青蔥燉煮數小時而成。
