Our first focus is in providing people with an experience in an
eco-friendly rural environment. We want to educate people
about recycling so we offer lectures and ‘hands on’
experiences with recycling.
We also offer handmade naturally leavened pizza and bread
cooked in our wood fired oven. They are prepared fresh
daily, with seasonal fruit and herbs from our garden added.
Nothing else will give the flavor and texture that is inherent in
these foods.
