Why did you name your farm DaMorLee?
為什麼取名為大茉莉？
Taiwan’s sub-tropical and tropical climate and When we first
bought this place, we built fences around the boundaries and
needed something to cover them. So we got a whole bunch
of cuttings of “Da-Mor- Lee Hua(
ɽ߲ڀ
) ”, meaning big
Jasmine in Chinese. Therefore, instead of using my last
name Lamorie, we adopted the name DaMorLee. Also, my
daughter’s name is Jasmine.
當我們買下這塊地時，在四周築籬笆，需要一些東西覆蓋在
上面。所以我們就種了許多叢的大茉莉花。因此，沒有使用
我的姓Lamorie, 我們用了大茉莉花的諧音DaMorLee。茉莉
